After much research and many emails we opted for this company and I couldn't of been more happier with my choice. I contacted hari via WhatsApp 6 months prior to are trek and he answerd every question I had regarding lukla flights, tea houses, duffle bags etc. I was incontact with him on a regular basis right up to the day I left, we were collected at the airport and taken straight to the hotel eco thamel resort quite the spot in a busy area with a lovely tranquil garden to unwind and meet fellow trekkers,
We had a brief meeting and was introduced to are guide ganesh ( best guide in Kathmandu) after the introduction meeting are guide took us round thamel and helped us buy last minute supplies water bottle down coats etc note all the gear is fake as but more that suitable for your trek.
Ganesh also helped us exchange money getting us the best rate.

Next day off we went with are guide to lukla who sorted out all the airport stuff then when you land you are meet with your porter who carries your heavy duffle bag 25kg

We stayed in various tea houses up the mountain that were pretty acceptable and we never had any horror stories as this company only deals with the good ones.

When we arrived back in Kathmandu we were invited to a traditional Nepal night which a recomend doing then a few trips were layed on for us the following day.

I can't fault this company and would use them again in a heart beat.

I recently did a Everest base camp Trek with Welcome Nepal Treks. The guide Mr Binod Karki was professional and had years of experience. He was very attentive to my needs and had a great deal of patience. Hari Khadka is the owner and handled all the booking information. He was a pleasure to deal with and made all my trekking, transport and hotel arrangements. Hari and his staff always answered my emails in a timely manner and did their best to make my trip to Nepal a wonderful experience. If I have a chance to make a trip to Nepal again I will trek with Welcome Nepal Treks!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for the great 2-week tour around Kathmandu, Pokhara and the trek to Annapurna base camp! It was really a pleasure to work together and to have such professional support during the whole trip.
Everything was as we have planned and discussed in advance, we had a great experience with our trek guide Rewati, Welcome to Nepal Treks’s staff was always helpful, sharp on time and giving the best they can for our group. We were a big group- 15 persons, but there were no issues with this and everyone had a great spent time.
Also, wonderful hotels and accommodation both in the cities and on the trek.

Vi hade en fantastisk resa till Nepal och trekk upp i Himalaya och en vandring upp till Tengbuche. Tusen tack till Hari och våran guide Ngima som gjort hela planerandet och resan trygg och säker. Vi kommer försöka komma tillbaka till Nepal och till Welcome Nepal Treks..

We were very happy with the service provided by Mr. Hari of Welcome to Nepal Treks. All of the details were covered, and they went out of their way to make sure all accommodations and food options were a better fit for Western travelers. Bikram and the porters were great fun and guides, and played card games with us in the evenings. The Annapurna base camp was in full bloom with Rhododendrons, and it's hard to beat the view from the top of Poon Hill. We took a group of 8 people, and it was fantastic. Very reasonable pricing too, with great service. They also made Chitwan arrangements, from a river cruise in a canoe looking for crocodiles (we saw several) to a jungle walk looking for Rhinos (we saw one), and a culture show for local dances, a Chitwan jungle adventure was a great end to our Nepal trip. We definitely will be back to Nepal, and working with Welcome to Nepal Treks.

This was my first trip to Nepal. My trekking with Welcome Nepal Treks was more than I had ever expected. Welcome Nepal Treks, and in particular Hari Khadka (M.D of this company )did an excellent job of organizing my trip according to my time requirements, and at a fair price. I can absolutely recommend Welcome Nepal Treks! They were able to provide a perfect, safe and amazing Everest Base Camp Trek.
