Had very good service from Hari of Welcome Nepal Treks. He went out of the way to greet and meet me at the China-Nepal border after earlier arrangement (before the big landslide) could not be fulfilled. He gave his personal touch in everything he does.

The selection of hotels at both places (based on his recommendation) was excellent - clean, budget and convenient. The assigned guides were courteous and helpful.

Overall I am satisfied with the services given and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to use his company services. I am looking forward my next return trip to meet up with Hari.

Very good organisation and customer service. All my requests were taken into account and only fail of the trip was cloudy weather in Pokhara, which of course we have no influence on. Great chance to experience Nepal with friendly atmosphere. Mr. Nawaraj was very keen to assist with everything.

Hari and his team did a perfect job to give us a wonderful vacation on Everest Base Camp trek, in Kathmandu and Chitwan Nationalpark. When we had health problems in the mountains they organized helicopter rescue very fast and adapted our further travel schedule without any additional cost. Thank you very much! I used Welcome Nepal Treks to organize a trip to Nepal for a group (11) of my high school students to survey reconstruction projects in the Kathmandu valley. Mr. Hari Khadka was there every step of the way, from picking us up at the airport to giving us a very special farewell upon our departure. Before we departed to Kathmandu, Mr. Hari was extremely helpful in making sure everything was clear and worked together with us on the minutiae of planning to create a unique trip. He made sure the trip was not only catered to our needs, but also, most importantly, ensured safety and quality. Our daily guide, Anil, was a sweet and knowledgeable individual and the students were very fond of him.
