Even though it is a short tour, you will learn a lot about these countries and the way of life there. The hospitality, delicious food, ancient practices, marvelous arts and architecture, and Nepalese, Tibetan, and Bhutanese beliefs will enrich your trip.

Tips to Make the Most out of Your Trip

While traveling in three different countries with their own practices, way of life, beliefs, and faith systems, it is important that travelers be open-minded and able to adjust. Travelers should wear clothes appropriate to the places they visit and be respectful of local culture and traditions.

Your tour will be much more satisfying and memorable if you try to mingle with the locals and embrace their hospitality. Our first and top tip for the 13 days Nepal Tibet Bhutan tour is to be easygoing, patient, adaptable, and respectful. Likewise, we recommend travelers learn a few Nepali, Tibetan, and Bhutanese greetings.

For instance, learn to say hello, thank you, sorry, how are you, etc, phrases. It will help you start conversations and make you approachable to the locals. One common thing in Asian countries is opening your shoes before entering someone's house or temples/monasteries.

Remember it everywhere you go on this tour. Similarly, always walk in a clockwise direction around stupas, chortens, and temples. Last, but not least, ask for permission before taking pictures of people and places. Most temples do not allow you to take pictures inside them, so ask your guide.

One more important piece of advice is to always carry local currency in small notes. Cards and foreign currency are not usually accepted in the local markets.

Things to Consider Before Joining the 13 Days Nepal Tibet Bhutan Tour

You should consider many things before booking a holiday package, especially if the destination is a new country. In the context of the 13 days Nepal Tibet Bhutan tour, travelers should consider the altitude, duration, activities, accommodation, season, travel visa, and budget.

Tibet and Bhutan are high-altitude countries. Even Kathmandu itself is located 1,400 meters above sea level. Most tourists come from sea level, and traveling to cities that are quite high above sea level can trigger altitude sickness or make travelers feel a bit uneasy.

On this tour, you will travel above 3,000 meters. The good thing about tours is they provide ample time to rest and get used to the environment. Though previous high-altitude experience is not required, you have to be aware of its effects.

Likewise, we have many Nepal Tibet Bhutan tour packages ranging in different durations. Check these packages if our 13 days itinerary does not fit your vacation period. You can do this tour throughout the year. Every season has its highlights, so you can travel at any time of the year.

Likewise, we have the best 13 days Nepal Tibet Bhutan tour cost. Our package price is quite reasonable and includes many services. You can also upgrade to a semi or full luxury tour. Budget the additional expenses for the journey accordingly.
