Ganesh Himal Trekking has obtained its name based on a Hindu God Ganesha i.e. an elephant-headed God. The Ganesh Range Peaks ranging from Ganesh I to Ganesh IV stand out to form a Great Himalayan Chain in the sky, among them highest one is the Ganesh I, known as Yangra.

The trek thus takes us to experience a trail across the sub-ranges of the Ganesh Himal in the Himalayan Mountain Range. In addition, the trek leads us across many terraced fields and peaceful hamlets to various almighty mountain glaciers as well as unexplored regions. Moreover, you will be able to view the magnificent Himalayan mountain range at the backdrop across the trekking trail.

Trail for the Ganesh Himal Trekking begins from Trishuli River and it follows the landscapes of the upper valley. Hence, you will get the opportunity to enjoy many panoramic views of the majestic mountain ranges, refreshing yet smiling faces of local area people and walking on riverbanks for following the trail.

Trek goes on from a small town of Trishuli and passes through many villages named Gurung, Tamang as well as Brahmins villages. During the complete trek, you will come across green woods and trees to get a breathtaking experience.
